Minion Management Closed Alpha: Official Prize Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

Aether Precision LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Crowsoda Gaming, Aurora, Colorado ("Sponsor"). Contact: crowsoda@crowsodagaming.com. Google LLC and Amazon.com, Inc. are not sponsors and do not administer or endorse this promotion.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 00:00:00 UTC on the start date posted at minionmanagement.com/alpha once enough testers have joined and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on the date one (1) month after the start date (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period lasts one (1) month and ends no later than 23:59:59 UTC on December 31, 2026.

3. Eligibility

A participant is an "Eligible Tester" only if the participant:

1. is a legal resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
2. is at least 18 years old and the age of majority in the state of residence;
3. was approved for the Minion Management closed alpha and signed the NDA; and
4. met every Eligibility Criterion in Schedule A during the Promotion Period.

Participants outside the United States may take part in the alpha but are not eligible for prizes. Members and employees of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Limit one (1) account per person. Sponsor may require proof of age and residence.

4. Accepted Reports

A report is "accepted" when Sponsor determines in triage that it is specific, relevant to a current build and not a duplicate of an earlier accepted report. Reports critical of the game are accepted on the same basis. Sponsor does not request purchases, public reviews, ratings or promotion. Participation in the alpha is free.

5. Prizes

Three (3) prizes are offered. Each prize is a USD $100.00 digital gift card delivered by email (Amazon.com eGift card, or an equivalent USD $100.00 digital gift card from another major United States retailer if the winner cannot use Amazon.com). Approximate retail value: $100.00 per prize; $300.00 total. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative, except where required by law. One Eligible Tester may win more than one prize.

5.1 Best Bug Finder

Each accepted report earns bug points by severity: Low, 1; Medium, 2; High, 4; Blocks play, 8. Points are awarded to the first accepted report of an issue. Later reports of the same issue are marked duplicate and earn zero (0) points, as do rejected reports. Sponsor may set the points of any report from 0 to 20 to reflect actual impact and states the reason in the triage note. Only reports submitted during the Promotion Period count. The Eligible Tester with the most points wins. Ties are won by the Eligible Tester who reached the final total first, measured by the submission time of the last point-earning report.

5.2 Best Tester

Within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor judges all Eligible Testers on the following criteria: quality and clarity of reports (40%); usefulness of findings (30%); consistency during the Promotion Period (20%); and constructive input in the final survey and idea bounties (10%). Sponsor's decision is final.

5.3 Random Draw

Within fourteen (14) days after the Promotion Period ends, one (1) winner is selected at random from all Eligible Testers. The site records a 256-bit random seed, orders entrants by the SHA-256 hash of the seed and tester ID, and selects the first entrant. Each Eligible Tester has an equal chance. Odds depend on the number of Eligible Testers.

6. Winner Notification

Winners are notified at the account email address within fourteen (14) days after selection and must reply within fourteen (14) days to confirm eligibility. If a winner does not reply in time, is ineligible or declines, the prize passes to an alternate: the next Eligible Tester by points for Best Bug Finder; Sponsor's next selection for Best Tester; or a new recorded draw with a stated reason for the Random Draw. Prizes are delivered within thirty (30) days after confirmation.

7. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may request tax information where required by law before delivering a prize.

8. Disqualification and Changes

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who cheats, uses more than one account, submits false or copied reports, or breaches the NDA or Terms. If fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond Sponsor's control impairs the promotion, Sponsor may modify or cancel it in a fair manner and award prizes among participants who were eligible at that time, using the methods in Section 5.

9. Privacy and Publicity

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Winner names are not published or used in promotion without consent. A winners list (first name and last initial) is available by email request received within sixty (60) days after the Promotion Period ends.

10. Release

To the extent permitted by law, each winner releases Sponsor from claims arising from acceptance or use of a prize. Nothing in these rules limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado. In a conflict between these rules and any other material, these rules control.

Schedule A: Eligibility Criteria

• Send at least 5 accepted reports.
• Play in 2 PvP stress tests, 1 hour each.
• Sign the NDA.
• Live in the United States (50 states or DC) and be 18 or older.

Accepted means specific, relevant to a current build and not a duplicate. Only the alpha dates count.
