Writing a useful report
Specific, reproducible reports get fixed first.
Include
- One issue per report.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Expected result and actual result.
- How it felt to play.
- A screenshot, if possible.
- The phone model, if it differs from the application.
The build number is recorded automatically. No technical terms needed.
Bug points
- Low 1, Medium 2, High 4, Blocks play 8.
- The first accepted report of an issue earns the points.
- Duplicates and rejected reports earn 0.
USEFUL
Units split between lanes
Pixel 7, Android 15.
Steps: start an unranked PvP match, select Soldier, tap the right deployment lane twice.
Expected: both groups take the right lane.
Actual: the second group walks to the left lane. Happened in 2 of 3 matches. Screenshot attached.
Feel: the plan falls apart even with enough units.
