Minion Management Closed Alpha: Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026.

This Privacy Policy applies to minionmanagement.com (the "Site") and the Minion Management closed alpha (the "Alpha"). The Site is operated by Aether Precision LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Crowsoda Gaming ("Crowsoda Gaming"), which is the controller of the personal information described below. 1. Information Collected

1. Account: email address and a password hash. Passwords are not stored.
2. Application: full name, Google account email, Android model and version, country, age confirmation, play frequency, testing experience, weekly testing hours and optional notes.
3. NDA signature: typed legal name, time, IP address, browser user agent, NDA version and a hash of the signed text.
4. Feedback: reports, build number, optional screenshots, triage notes and bug points.
5. Stress test attendance, final survey answers, idea bounty submissions and images, review notes and rewards.
6. Prize records: prize type and winning tester ID.
7. Security data: one session cookie, hashed rate-limit keys and a log of administrator actions.

No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Web server access logs are not kept.

2. Use of Information

Information is used to review applications and run the Alpha; to add approved testers to the Google Play closed test; to record NDA acceptance; to review and fix reported issues; to check prize eligibility, select winners and deliver prizes; and to secure the Site and prevent abuse.

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases are performance of a contract (running the Alpha), legitimate interests (security and administrator logs) and legal obligation (prize and tax records).

3. Disclosure

1. Google receives the Google account email of approved testers for the Google Play closed test.
2. The gift card provider (such as Amazon.com) receives a winner's email address to deliver a prize.
3. If email is enabled on the Site, messages are sent through Google Workspace.
4. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to protect the Alpha from fraud or abuse.

Personal information is not sold or rented. The Site is hosted on a server operated by Crowsoda Gaming in Colorado. Cloudflare provides DNS for the domain and does not receive Site traffic.

4. Storage Location

Information is stored in the United States. Participants outside the United States transfer their information to the United States by taking part.

5. Retention

1. Account, application, NDA, survey, stress test and bounty data: until account deletion or twelve (12) months after the Alpha ends, whichever is earlier.
2. Accepted reports: after account deletion, only category, build, severity, points and time remain, without identifying information.
3. Prize records and tax information: four (4) years after the Alpha ends.
4. Administrator action log: for the life of the Site.
5. Backups: fourteen (14) days.

6. Rights and Choices

Data can be downloaded and accounts deleted at any time from the account page. Deletion removes the application, NDA signatures, survey, sessions, stress test attendance, bounty submissions and images, and reports that were not accepted. Prize and draw records keep a numeric tester ID only.

Requests to access, correct or delete information, or to object to its use, may be sent to crowsoda@crowsodagaming.com and are answered within thirty (30) days. These rights apply regardless of residence. Users in the EEA or the UK may also complain to their local data protection authority.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id. The Site uses HTTPS. Administrator access requires two-factor authentication. Screenshots are stored outside the public web directory and are visible only to the submitting tester and the administrator. Affected users and authorities are notified of a breach as required by law.

8. Age

The Alpha is limited to persons 18 years of age or older. Information from younger persons is not knowingly collected.

9. Changes

Material changes are posted on this page at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect and, if email is enabled, sent to account holders.
