Minion Management Closed Alpha: Terms of Service

Effective October 20, 2026.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between Aether Precision LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Crowsoda Gaming ("Crowsoda Gaming"), and each person who creates an account (a "User") on minionmanagement.com (the "Site") or takes part in the Minion Management closed alpha (the "Alpha"). Contact: crowsoda@crowsodagaming.com. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information. Limit one (1) account per person. Users are responsible for keeping login details private and must comply with the NDA.

2. Conduct

Users shall not cheat, interfere with the Site or other accounts, scrape the Site, or upload unlawful material or material they do not have the right to share. Crowsoda Gaming may suspend or end access for misuse or at the end of the Alpha. Users may stop testing and delete their account at any time.

3. Test Builds

The game and the Site are pre-release. Progress may be reset and features may change or be removed. Crowsoda Gaming grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play test builds solely to test the game. Crowsoda Gaming owns the game and all related content.

4. Feedback

Users retain ownership of feedback and grant Crowsoda Gaming a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to use, copy, modify and incorporate feedback in Minion Management and related works, without compensation or attribution. To the extent permitted by law, Users waive moral rights in feedback. Testing is unpaid and does not create employment or a contractor relationship.

5. Idea Bounties

The licence in Section 4 applies to bounty submissions. A submission does not guarantee a reward. Crowsoda Gaming may already be developing similar ideas or receive similar ideas from others and has no obligation for them. Awarded submissions receive the reward stated in the bounty, recorded in the User's submission history. Awards are decided in good faith against the bounty's stated criteria.

6. Prizes

The Official Prize Rules govern all prizes. In a conflict between these Terms and the Official Prize Rules regarding prizes, the Official Prize Rules control.

7. Disclaimer

THE ALPHA AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWSODA GAMING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROWSODA GAMING IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROGRESS OR DATA. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE ALPHA IS LIMITED TO USD $100.00. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law or consumer rights that cannot be waived.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where available.

10. Changes

Material changes are posted on this page at least fourteen (14) days before taking effect and, if email is enabled, sent to Users. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. General

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms, the NDA, the Privacy Policy and the Official Prize Rules form the entire agreement regarding the Alpha.
